Started by Craig and Carla Hawkins, the Testalonga wines have come a long way in making an impact in this wine universe. They have stood strong to their believe in making wines that are pure, precise and bright while having as little intervention in their winemaking methods. They believe that this can only be done by first having high quality grapes. It is only ever more challenging that they are able to harvest year after year without using an herbicide and pesticide. Expression of vineyards is important, that is why all wines are a single variety from a single site.
