Made from 100% Harslevelü originally from Hungary. The fruit is hand-harvested from bush vines planted in 1971 on decomposed granite, whole bunch pressed, fermented in old French oak, and bottled unfined, unfiltered with minimal sulfur. Named after the Hungarian Mangalitsa pig (spelled Mangaliza by Craig), which resembles a sheep.
