Müller Thurgau Blend

This blend of Müller Thurgau and Grüner Veltliner was fermented completely using only indigenous yeast in stainless steel. Both grapes were allowed skin maceration for 12 days. The wine does complete malolactic fermentation and is aged in bottle 12 months before disgorgement. Only 1,800 bottles were made.
