This blend of Grüner Veltliner & Gelber Muskateller was fermented completely using only indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The Grüner Veltliner was pressed immediately upon harvest and Muskateller skins were macerated for 7 days. The wine does complete malolactic fermentation and is aged in bottle 6 months before disgorgement. Only 2,500 bottles were made.
