Pét-Nat Rosé


Zweigelt Blend

This blend of Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon was fermented completely using only indigenous yeast in a mixture of stainless steel and barrels. Both grapes were allowed skin maceration for 6 days. The wine does complete malolactic fermentation and was bottled while the wine was still fermenting. Only 4,000 bottles were made.
