Made by 100% Gewürztraminer. 6-week maceration followed by fermentation at low temperatures below 20°C and malolactic fermentation. Aging occurs in tanks and no sulfites in production or bottling. Named after legendary American bassist Jaco Pastorius' song "Three Views of a Secret."
