Named after the beloved American singer Doris Day's classic song, "I'm Forever Blowing Bubbles. Crafted primarily from Viognier with Grenache Blanc, Mourvèdre and a touch of Gewürztraminer. This wine undergoes 80% direct pressing and 20% maceration, with low-temperature fermentation below 20°C (68°F) and malolactic fermentation. No sulfites added at bottling.
