Gamay Blend
Made from a blend of Gamay, Grenache and Trousseau grapes, this wine undergoes a distinctive process: 20% direct pressing, 20% long maceration and 60% four-week maceration. Indigenous yeast fermentation at low temperatures, malolactic fermentation and seven months of aging in oak barrels (20%) and tanks. No added sulfites.
