Grenache Blanc Blend
Blend of Grenache Blanc and Vermentino. Grapes are handpicked and vinification includes 30% direct pressing, 30% extended maceration and 40% 5-week maceration. Indigenous yeasts facilitate fermentation at low temperatures, with malolactic fermentation. Aging occurs in oak barrels (30%) and acacia barrels (40%) for six months. No sulfites are added.
