Mourvedre Blend
Crafted from a blend of Mourvedre, Gamay and Grenache grapes, this wine consists of 80% direct pressing and 20% maceration for Gamay. It undergoes fermentation at low temperatures and ages for one month in tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place and no sulfites are added.
