Crafted from Gewürztraminer, Grenache Blanc, Vermentino, Chardonnay and Savagnin grapes, this wine undergoes meticulous handpicking, with 80% direct pressing and 20% Grenache maceration during vinification. Fermentation takes place naturally at a controlled low temperature below 20°C, with embraced malolactic fermentation. The wine matures in tanks for one month, with no added sulfites.
