A field blend of seven white grapes: Garnacha Blanca, Macabeu, Muscat, Xarel-lo, Vinyater, Pansé & Parellada. Fermented in stainless steel with native yeast. Organic farming on clay-calcareous soils. Some grapes have 1 to 3 days of skin-contact maceration. Rested for 2 months in stainless steel. Bottled unfiltered, unfined and with no added sulfites.
