UL Ulldellebre
100% Tempranillo
Crafted from 100% Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo). Hand-harvested grapes, destemmed and macerated for 3 days. Fermented with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks, it ages for 8 months in stainless steel and older barrels, followed by 5 months in the bottle. Bottled without fining, filtration and no SO2 added.
