TN stands for Tinto Natural, Antonella and Massimo's daily red from Catalunya's Penedes region. A blend of Tempranillo, Sumoll and Bobal, this wine undergoes wild fermentation in stainless steel with 10 days of maceration. It is then bottled without any fining, filtration or added SO2.
