Made from Subirat Parent, a vine saved from extinction by Partida Creus. This wine shares a relation to Malvasia. Grown on Catalonia's clayey and calcareous soils, the wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts on skins and are then aged in steel. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
