Crafted from 100% Parellada Rosa, an ancient native Catalan vine restored to its full splendor. The wine undergoes spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with a direct press of the grapes. It ages for eight months in steel and an additional five months in the bottle. Bottled unfined, unfiltered and with no added sulphites.
