Vinyater Blend
The Brutal Corporation, founded in 2010 by four producers, aims to create wine with native vines and zero impact on the vineyard and cellar. More producers, including Partida Creus, later joined the venture. Brutal adheres strictly to the zero/zero philosophy, avoiding any additions or subtractions, including sulfur at bottling.
Partida Creus' Brutal is a blend of Vinyater, Subirat Parent, Xarel·lo, Cartoixa Vermell and Sumoll grapes. The wine undergoes spontaneous and separate vinification before blending, followed by seven months of aging in stainless steel tanks. It remains unfiltered and sulfur-free.
