A blend of 40% Grenache Gris, 40% Grenache Noir from Vincent Lafage in Canet (Roussillon) and 20% Grenache Blanc from David Caër in Aspiran (Hérault). The Grenache Gris undergoes a 10-day soaking of whole bunches in the direct-pressed juice of Grenache Noir. It is then blended with Grenache Blanc, which was vinified separately and also soaked for 10 days. The wine ages in fiber tank. Its name, is a playful reference to the three types of Grenache used, akin to the concept of a "cube" in mathematics.
