Crafted from 50% Colombard and 40% Bourboulenc sourced from Rémi Poujol in Adissan. The Colombard undergoes a 10-day maceration of whole bunches in the direct-pressed juice of Bourboulenc. The wine ages in a fiber tank. No filtration, no fining, no racking & SO2 free.
