Crafted from 25-year-old 100% Gewürztraminer grapes sourced from Ergersheim, Alsace. Direct pressing and ages for a year in 400L barrels. Prior to bottling, the wine is blended in tanks after a racking of the barrels. No filtration, no fining & SO2 free.
