Crafted from a blend of 50% Auxerrois and 50% Gewürztraminer sourced from Bernarvillé, Alsace. The Auxerrois undergoes direct pressing, while the Gewürztraminer is soaked whole bunches in the direct pressed Auxerrois juice for a month. Vinification and aging occur in fiber tanks without filtration, fining or racking. SO2-free.
