Made from 100% Carignan grapes sourced from Patrice Dumarcher in Gras, Ardèche. This wine is crafted using a blend of two tanks. One tank contains a millefeuille of whole and destemmed grapes, while the other holds only whole bunches. Only free-run juice is used during vinification and aging, which takes place in fiber tanks. No filtration, no fining, no racking & SO2 free.
