Made from 100% Grenache Blanc from Pézenas. Direct pressing. It ages for one year in the bottle with no residual sugar. SO2-free. The name "Ikor" is a playful creation inspired by the names Igor and Grichka Bogdanoff, with "k" being added to all cuvée names except "Vi Novell."
