Named after the winemaker's daughter, Fanny Elisabeth, this Pinot Gris is a blend of grapes grown in two distinct terroirs: Zellberg, where the vines are 40-45 years old, and Heisenstein, with 30-year-old vines. The grapes were fermented in whole clusters, pressed, and aged in 600L old barrels, resulting in an amber color with a harmonious aftertaste.
