100% Pinot Blanc grown in one of Patrick's prized vineyard plots, characterized by its unique combination of gneiss, granite, and sandstone soils. Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast. The wine is then bottled without any filtration or fining, and without the addition of sulphites.
