Pinot Noir Blend
Made from a blend of 50% Pinot Noir and 50% Pinot Gris grapes. Whole bunch fermentation, and pressed in stainless steel tanks, and then aged for 8-12 months in oak barrels. The wine is bottled without fining or filtration, and without the addition of sulphites.
