Crafted from Pineau d'Aunis grapes sourced from 30 year old vines. The grapes underwent a three-week fermentation with whole bunches and matured for 15 months in old barrels. This wine, made from the family's first red grape harvest, exhibits the most immediate characteristics of Aunis.
