Blend of direct pressed Chenin and skin-contact Sauvignon Blanc from an experimental block by Fiona Wood, along with direct pressed Arneis and a touch of carbonic Shiraz. Bottled without filtration or preservatives, it's sealed under a crown cap with a full fill height to minimize exposure to oxygen.
