Tikka The Cosmic Cat
Shiraz Blend
Blend of Syrah and Grenache named after the winery's cat. It is made from organic, dry-farmed grapes grown in silty loam with ironstone soils. The two varieties are co-fermented and given 40 days of skin contact through carbonic maceration. The wine is then aged for 11 months in neutral barrels and bottled unfined and unfiltered, without any added sulfur dioxide.
