100% Grenache
Made from 100% Grenache, this flagship single vineyard wine from Jauma is rooted in deep, white beach sand on clay, planted in the 1940s. The result is highly aromatic, rich wines with amazing structure. With 5% whole-bunch, the grapes are destemmed, fermented dry and macerated on skins for 4 weeks before pressing into old French large format barrels.
