The grapes for this wine are from the Wairau Valley vineyards. This wine echoes the ripe, juicy flavors that were tasted in the vineyard. The grapes were cold soaked and then hand-plunged while fermenting in stainless-steel with selected yeast to retain the aromatics and bright cherry characters.
