The grapes for this wine are from the Wairau Valley vineyards. This wine echoes the ripe, juicy flavors that were tasted in the vineyard. After gently pressing, the juice was fermented in stainless-steel at cool temperatures to retain the fresh aromatics and stone-fruit flavors.
