Hand harvested grapes from cru vineyards Boscareto and Lirano with average age of vines between 26-60 years old. Spontaneous fermentation for 25-30 days in stainless steel vats with malolactic fermentation taking place right after. Elevage for 20-24 months in 1000-10000 liter Slavonian oak botti. No filtration or fining done before bottling.
