Crafted solely from Muscat d’Alexandrie sourced from Vincent Lafage in Pyrénées Orientales. Whole bunch vinification with 17-day maceration in stainless tanks. Aged for 6 months in either fiber or stainless tanks and undergoes racking twice. Notably, this is the first year without Muscat Petits Grains.
