100% Riesling
Crafted exclusively from Riesling sourced from Jerome Meyer in Alsace, this wine undergoes whole bunch vinification, with a 10-day maceration. Following vinification, it ages for two years in a combination of tank and wood barrels, with racking performed twice during this period. The wine is aptly named "R" to reflect its Riesling origin and the regal essence symbolized by "Roi" (French for King).
