Trousseau Blend
Crafted from Trousseau and Poulsard sourced from a friend, along with 5% Gamay from Bugey. It undergoes whole bunch vinification, with a 3-week maceration in stainless tanks. After blending in spring, it ages for 12 months in either fiber or stainless tanks, with three rackings during the process.
