Pinot Noir Blend
A blend of roughly 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, grown together in the 'En Arces' vineyard in Arbois. The grapes undergo whole bunch vinification, macerating together for 2 months in stainless tanks, followed by fermentation of all grapes together. After this, the wine ages for 6 months in tanks, with a single racking.
