100% Chardonnay
La Châtelaine, a premier cuvée from La Cadette. Made from 100% Chardonnay, hand-harvested from organically certified vineyards on south-facing slopes. These 25 to 30-year-old vines grow in clay and limestone soil. The wine is fermented naturally in stainless steel tanks and matured on lees for 8 to 10 months.
