Harvest is done in small plots of Godello located in Carracedo, Valtuille and Villafranca del Bierzo, the average year of the vineyard is 20 years - Doña Blanca comes from old vines in glass collected in Espanillo, Valtuille and Carracedo. Due to the different areas of vineyards the type of soil is very varied, clay-limestone in Valtuille and Villafranca, stony in Carracedo and slate in Espanillo. After a manual harvest in boxes, the grapes are selected and passed through a pneumatic press. The must ferments at a low temperature. The bottling is done with a light clarification and filtering.
