Alex's vineyard is showcased in its entirety in this wine, which incorporates all the grape varieties grown there. The Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir and Syrah were co-fermented in three batches and blended together. Some grapes were whole-cluster fermented, some were directly pressed, and some had skin contact. Fermentation and aging took place primarily in stainless steel.
