Gewürztraminer Blend

Blend of Gewürztraminer, Riesling and Pinot Gris. After fermenting the Gewürztraminer on its skins in amphora for five days, Riesling and Pinot Gris juices were added to the remaining skins for an extra day. The resulting wine was aged in amphora and bottled without fining, filtering or sulfur. Most of the fruit was then left with the skins in Spanish amphoras for around 10 days.
