Pinot Noir Blend
Blend of 90% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Gris which were co-fermented whole-bunch for three days and then pressed into neutral barrels. Gewurztraminer is added to the barrels and the wine is aged for several months before being bottled without sulfur.
