Grüner Veltliner ferments with Riesling skins for fruitiness and complexity. (Riesling bunches pressed whole-cluster, skins and stems separated by hand. ) Aged four months, 2/3 stainless, 1/3 used French oak. Unfined, unfiltered, and handled by gravity.
