Blend of 40% old vine Grecanico macerated for a week on skins and fermented in used chestnut barrels. Another 40% from the estate's "Vigna Nave" vineyard planted with Riesling, Chenin Blanc, and Carricante. The final 20% is a field blend. All fermented in a 20hl French wooden cask with indigenous yeasts. It was bottled without fining or filtration.
