A blend of Nerello Mascalese, Nerello Cappuccio and Alicante. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented 100% whole bunch for 6 weeks in 15 hL wooden casks. Elevage for 9 months in the same wooden cask. Bottled unfiltered and unfined.
