100% Trebbiano
Crafted from pure Trebbiano d'Abruzzo grapes sourced from the steep slopes of the "La Salita" vineyard between Loreto Aprutino and Pianella. The northeast exposure of the vineyard enhances acidity, while the soil, alternating between clay and limestone layers, contributes to its unique character. Fermentation occurs without temperature control in open vats, with a brief maceration period on the skins. The wine is aged in fiberglass containers before bottling, without sulfites added.
