Made from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes grown organically in the San Desiderio vineyard, benefiting from sea breezes. Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in open vats without temperature control, it ages in 54-liter demijohns throughout winter, undergoing two rackings during the waning moon. Bottled in early March to encourage malolactic fermentation in the bottle, it captures the terroir's essence.
