Crafted from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes in the San Desiderio vineyard, this rosato undergoes fermentation in small vats with indigenous yeasts. Resting in demijohns during winter and undergoing two decantations by waning moonlight, it is bottled with malolactic fermentation, showcasing terroir richness.
