The grapes come from a single vineyard called “Cancelli,” situated 450 meters above sea level in the commune of Loreto Aprutino in the province of Pescara. After fermentation, the wine is transferred to stainless steel tanks for aging. This white wine is fresh and savory, with a delightful salty element.
