100% Pinot Noir
‘Raudonas’ means Red in Lithuanian. A Pinot Noir from a 5-ha plot of 30-year-old vines grown on clay-limestone soil. Around 30% of the grapes are botrytised. Whole bunches vinification and maceration for 10 days. Aging 2 years in used barrels on fine lees. Bottled unfiltered with no sulphur added.
